About Klazmer Custom Homes
Klazmer Custom Homes is a family custom home builder based in Memphis and Germantown, Tennessee. Martin and Scott Klazmer build semi-custom and fully custom homes with direct builder involvement and open-book, cost-plus pricing.
Get to Know the Builders
Martin and Scott Klazmer don’t build homes the way most builders do, and that’s deliberate. Four generations of construction knowledge is behind every project, with Scott bringing more than 35 years of hands-on craft and Martin carrying that legacy forward with a sharper eye on design, finishes, and the details that production builders treat as afterthoughts.
The work speaks for itself. Crown molding and trim packages done right, millwork that actually fits the architecture of the home, exteriors that blend traditional proportion with cleaner modern lines, and finishes selected for how they’ll live in the house, not just how they look on a feature sheet.
Klazmer builds are semi-custom, designed around your family, detailed like it matters, and constructed with the care that comes from four generations of putting your name on the work.
