Custom Home Builder in Germantown
Klazmer Custom Homes builds custom and semi-custom homes in Germantown, including new construction in Olde Field Green. Martin and Scott Klazmer carry forward four generations of building in the Memphis area, and you work with them directly from the first plans to the final walkthrough.
Whether you already own a lot, are weighing a teardown, or are still looking, we can help evaluate the site with your agent, architect and surveyor before you commit. We build on a cost-plus basis and share invoices and receipts throughout the build, so you always know where your money is going. Every home includes a 10-year structural warranty.
