THE FOUR PHASES

Preconstruction
We finalize plans, handle permitting, and lock in the critical selections that shape your home’s bones and exterior. Together, we confirm priorities, understand the budget, and align on the vision.

Site Work & Foundation
Once permits are issued, we prepare the site, place the foundation, and begin structural work. You’ll confirm the rough-in decisions for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical before those trades begin.

Framing & Systems
The structure rises and the home closes in. Roofing, exterior details, and interior systems move forward while we coordinate trades, manage quality, and document any approved change before it affects the work.

Finishes & Handover
Paint, flooring, cabinetry, fixtures, and the details that make the home yours come together on a clear selection timeline. We complete inspections, walk through the home with you, and hand over the keys.

Monthly check-in calls or site walkthroughs are standard. You’ll see the project move in real time, ask questions, and know exactly where we stand. If something shifts — schedule, budget, or a decision you want to revisit — we talk through it together and document it.
